Warranty for Acropolis Products

Acropolis Company is a Ukrainian manufacturer of Acropolis branded products designed for outdoor activities, urban use, and tactical gear for military personnel and combat medics.

We develop products intended for intensive use and guarantee their quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection.”

Warranty confirms that the product meets the declared specifications and is free from manufacturing defects, provided it is used and cared for properly.

General Warranty Coverage

The Acropolis warranty applies to:

• quality of materials;
• integrity and durability of seams;
• proper functioning of hardware (zippers, fasteners, buckles).

For clothing and headwear, the warranty additionally covers:

• manufacturing defects of fabrics;
• tailoring and stitching defects;
• symmetry and correctness of the product’s construction.

Warranty obligations are valid for the specified period starting from the date of sale or transfer of the product to the end user.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty does not apply to:

• natural wear and tear of materials;
• mechanical damage (cuts, punctures, burns);
• damage caused by overloading or improper use;
• color changes, deformation or fabric shrinkage resulting from improper washing or drying;
• damage caused by failure to follow care instructions;
• products showing signs of unauthorized repair or modification.

Warranty for Tactical Gear

Acropolis tactical gear is designed for operation under increased loads and demanding conditions. Therefore, warranty terms and periods for certain products may differ.

They are determined in accordance with:

• technical specifications of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine;
• DSTU (Ukrainian State Standards);
• terms of government contracts or tender documentation.

In case of discrepancies between standard warranty terms and special documentation, the conditions specified in the technical or contractual documents shall prevail.

To submit a warranty claim, please:

1. Contact the seller or the manufacturer directly.
2. Provide proof of purchase.
3. Describe the nature of the defect and usage conditions.
