Full Production Cycle

In-House Manufacturing of Acropolis: Technology, Experience, and Ukrainian Quality

Acropolis is a Ukrainian manufacturer with a full-cycle in-house production system, creating reliable and functional products since 1996. For three decades, we have combined engineering precision, advanced technologies, and creative design to deliver gear trusted by customers in Ukraine and beyond.

Our product range includes equipment for outdoor activities (fishing, picnics, mushroom picking, hunting), tactical gear, as well as urban bags and backpacks designed for everyday use.

Experience Built Over Decades

The Acropolis journey began in 1996 with outdoor products. In 2014, responding to new challenges and market needs, we significantly expanded our expertise to include tactical equipment manufacturing.

Years of hands-on experience, deep knowledge of materials, and understanding of real-life usage conditions allow us to design products that are durable, ergonomic, and purpose-driven.

Full-Cycle, Technology-Driven Production

In-house manufacturing is one of Acropolis’ key strengths. We maintain full control over every production stage — from concept development and design to cutting, sewing, branding, packaging, and logistics. Our facilities are equipped with modern industrial machinery, including:

Laser cutting and engraving machines for high-precision material processing.

Laser machines are used for high-precision cutting of synthetic and composite materials, including polyester, nylon, and Cordura®. Laser cutting provides clean, sealed edges without fraying, which is essential for technical and tactical products. In addition to cutting, the equipment is used for engraving logos, markings, and decorative elements on various surfaces, ensuring consistent quality and repeatability.

Electric cutting knives and die-cutting presses with high-strength steel cutters.

Electronic cutting knives are applied for fast and accurate cutting of multi-layer fabric stacks, significantly increasing efficiency in serial production. Die-cutting presses equipped with high-strength steel dies are used to produce components with complex shapes where dimensional accuracy is critical. This combination of technologies ensures stable quality across large production volumes.

Machines for cutting textile webbing and fasteners.

Specialized cutting machines provide precise length cutting of textile webbings, straps, belts, and fasteners. This allows for consistent component dimensions, reduced material waste, and uniformity across all production batches, which is especially important for tactical and load-bearing products.

Automatic bartacking and reinforcement machines.

Bartacking machines are used to reinforce high-stress areas such as handles, shoulder straps, attachment points, and hardware connections. Automated reinforcement ensures uniform stitch strength and penetration, directly contributing to the durability and long service life of finished products under intensive use.

Equipment for heat transfer printing.

Heat transfer equipment is used to apply graphics, logos, and identification markings onto textile surfaces. Controlled temperature and pressure ensure strong adhesion to the material, providing durable, wear-resistant images suitable for outdoor and professional use.

A dedicated silk screen printing department with specialized presses.

The silkscreen printing section is designed for applying durable prints to textiles and other surfaces in medium and large production runs. Specialized machines deliver rich color coverage and high abrasion resistance, making this method ideal for branding and corporate or promotional products.

Heat presses for embossing on leather and microfiber, as well as shaping EVA components.

Heat presses are used for hot embossing logos and graphic elements on leather and microfiber without damaging the material structure. The same equipment is applied for forming EVA components, allowing the production of protective inserts, rigid panels, and molded structural elements.

Embroidery machines for apparel and case decoration

Computer-controlled embroidery machines are used to apply logos, patches, text, and decorative elements to apparel, cases, and textile accessories. The technology ensures high stitch accuracy, consistent quality, and excellent durability, making embroidery a reliable solution for long-lasting branding and identification.

Printers for product labeling and marking.

Printers are used to produce labels, tags, and internal markings containing product information, materials, item numbers, and batch data. This supports product traceability, standardized labeling, and internal quality control requirements.

Machines for installing snaps and eyelets.

Machines for installing snap fasteners and eyelets ensure accurate positioning and secure attachment of metal hardware. Controlled pressure prevents material damage and guarantees long-term reliability of the components.

Automated systems for sewing webbing and forming MOLLE systems using templates.

Automated sewing machines with programmable templates are used to attach textile webbings and assemble MOLLE systems on tactical products. Template-based automation ensures precise geometry, consistent stitch spacing, and full repeatability, which is critical for compatibility and functional performance.

An in-house carpentry workshop.

The in-house carpentry workshop is used to manufacture wooden packaging, crates, pallets, and auxiliary transport structures. This allows flexible adaptation of packaging solutions for oversized, heavy, or non-standard products.

A fully equipped packing department (poly bags, boxes, pallets, wooden crates).

The packaging area is responsible for the final preparation of products for shipment. Items are packed in individual bags, cartons, palletized loads, or wooden crates depending on product type and transportation requirements, ensuring safe storage and delivery.

Electric stackers and forklifts for efficient loading and unloading of materials and finished goods.

Electric stackers and forklifts are used for loading, unloading, and internal transportation of materials, hardware, and finished products. This equipment optimizes warehouse logistics, improves workplace safety, and reduces manual handling.
