The warranty terms for Acropolis products are established by the manufacturer in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and depend on the product category, design features, and conditions of use.
Standard Warranty Periods:
- Urban bags and backpacks — 6 months
- Outdoor & active recreation products — 6 months
- Tactical gear — 6 months*
- Accessories — 6 months
- Clothing and headwear – 6 months
* For certain tactical products, warranty terms may vary in accordance with the Technical Specifications of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, DSTU standards, or contractual documentation.
