RPS Belt and Shoulder Unloading System with Pouches
The belt and shoulder unloading system is designed for military personnel, rescuers, security guards, patrol officers, as well as hunters, fishermen, and airsoft players. Made of durable polyamide materials, Cordura 1050D, Cordura Hybrid with a moisture-repellent coating. Consists of two parts: a rigid tactical unloading belt with Molle attachment cells and ergonomic straps.
The unloading system is equipped with a “quick release” system – 2 three-point buckles made of impact-resistant plastic. The lower buckle is larger and securely fixes the belt on the thigh of a soldier or instructor. In addition, it participates in the process of adjusting the size of the universal belt to the anthropometric data of a soldier or hunter. The upper fastener on textile straps connects the shoulder straps and, together with the straps, adjusts the size of the RPS at the level of the human chest.
The tactical belt and shoulder straps are connected by strong straps that adjust the size of the product according to height. For the reliability of the design, the belt straps are sewn with symmetrical horizontal seams.
On the front side, at the level of the shoulder blades, a static evacuation handle is sewn to the straps.
The shoulder straps, together with the unloading belt, evenly distribute the load, which allows the soldier to wear filled pouches for a long time. The mesh lining and MOLLE Laser Cut holes provide natural ventilation of the product and contribute to improving the microclimate of the internal space during special operations or training in the hot season.
The Acropolis shoulder strap system comes with 6 tactical pouches of different sizes and purposes: 1 universal folding bag with a Velcro fastener and 5 pouches of a rigid or semi-rigid design, which are closed with a flap with a plastic “trident” fastener. Each pouch has a modular belt attachment and Molle slots for attaching other tactical gear.
