RNG-8 Mushroom Picking Backpack with 2 Wicker Baskets

Backpack for a mushroom picker with 2 wicker baskets. The updated design and original solutions of the Acropolis Company will make the “quiet hunting” process easy and comfortable for everyone.

The functional foraging rucksack, made of water-repellent material, isn`t afraid of moisture and dirt. Easy to clean and quick drying. The soft backness, made of 3-D mesh and foam, does not put pressure on the back. The ergonomic straps with a chest strap ensure comfortable movement in the forest and the mountains. On both sides, there are special fasteners for a folding mushroom picker stick (at the top it is fixed with Velcro straps, and at the bottom – with a textile stand).

The backpack is perfectly ventilated: the bottom is made of mesh and reinforced with a strong sling. This is very important because mushrooms are picky and better stored in the fresh air. In the main compartment, there are 2 special shape mushroom baskets: one side is straight, and the other is round. This construction is not accidental. It allows you to carry the product on your back for a long time.

A large woven wicker basket holds its shape well. It is breathable and light in weight. Equipped with 2 textile handles. In the central part of the basket, textile straps are stretched and a plywood board is inserted. The smaller basket stays on the board.

You will ask: “Why do we need a small basket?”

The answer is simple: when you walk in the forest picking mushrooms, the big basket stays in the rucksack on your shoulders, while the small one is always in your hand. As the small basket fills, pour the mushrooms into the large one. As soon as the larger basket is half full, insert a plywood partition and later put the smaller basket with mushrooms on it. If you are lucky, and there are a lot of mushrooms – divide them into 2 parts. Then the upper layer will not press on the lower one, and you can still pick mushrooms in a smaller basket.

The backpack has 3 auxiliary pockets for accessories, food, and clothing: side mesh pockets and a front section with a zipper.

The upper flap of the rucksack closes with a zipper. In the middle, there is a special opening for the basket handle, which is closed with a flap with Velcro. You can carry the backpack either by the straps or by the handle. In general, all 3 elements of the mushroom picker kit RNG-8 can be used together and separately.
