RMM-1 Modular Medical Backpack (raid + assault)

The modular medical backpack is designed for transporting and storing medical equipment to provide pre-medical and first aid to the wounded and sick in field conditions and combat conditions, carrying additional equipment necessary to perform assigned tasks. Namely:

• A complete set of medical equipment provided for by the training program of a platoon combat medic/senior combat medic of a company, battery, and their equivalents.
• Transportation of additional equipment necessary to perform the mission.
• Transportation of personal belongings and ammunition elements.
• Providing a working platform for working in vehicles and strongholds.
• Use in deep raids and for scheduled medical examination of military personnel on the front line.
• Short assault missions in confined space conditions.

The modular medical backpack consists of a system of fasteners – a medical raid backpack and a medical assault backpack.

Modular medical raid backpack. Overall dimensions: height – 600 mm, width – 330 mm, depth – 240 mm. It has a frame base and a total volume of 45 liters, with the ability to increase its total volume due to an additional external pocket pad up to 10 liters of useful volume of the backpack. The backpack has a longitudinal zipper that runs through the entire backpack body and allows for continuous opening. The backpack is equipped with two overall pockets on both sides with the possibility of fastening the hydraulic system, and corresponding holes for the hydraulic system tube. The top quick-access pocket is designed for oversized items. The pocket at the bottom of the backpack has a rain cover. The backpack also has a rubberized pocket in the upper back.

The backpack has pads with a MOLLE laser-cut fastening system on the front and side walls. The backpack has daisy chain straps sewn on the front, sides, and top.

The shoulder straps are extended for more comfortable wearing on body armor and have a daisy chain system, chest strap, and quick-release system. The backpack is equipped with a belt with a plastic fastex fastener.

The backpack has three carrying handles: one on top and two on the sides of the backpack.

In the middle of the backpack, textile fasteners are sewn along all walls, to which several pouches are attached, different in configuration and function.

The modular medical assault backpack has a total volume of up to 10 liters and is a backpack with a longitudinal zipper, which allows it to be opened completely and provides access to all contents. On the outside, the backpack has a small zipper pocket on the front for flat items, as well as a patch with a MOLLE laser cut fastening system. There is a mesh pocket on the back of the backpack. The shoulder straps are made of a 5 cm wide webbing, which is fixed with fasteners. The fasteners are located asymmetrically, which allows you to wear the product not only as a backpack, but also as a waist bag over one shoulder. Above the shoulder straps, there are removable vertical lifting straps that are attached to the main shoulder straps with Velcro. The backpack has a waist belt.

In the middle, the backpack has two voluminous mesh pockets on the front side. In the central part, a textile fastener is sewn to which the medical panel for tools is fixed. On the back side, the backpack has two longitudinal textile fasteners, to which three pockets are fixed. The modular medical assault backpack is fixed to the modular medical raid backpack using two fasteners and an external patch pocket.

The modular medical raid backpack includes 8 pouches of different purposes and configurations, and one ampoule holder.

The modular medical assault backpack includes 3 pouches of different purposes and configurations, one panel for medical tools.

• main material: CORDURA® 1500D (certified nylon Invista) – thick nylon fabric with a special thread structure, with a water-repellent polyurethane coating
• hybrid material: CORDURA® 1000+500D (certified nylon Invista) – laminated nylon fabric with TPU compound
