The Acropolis FKS-1 is a practical, functional, foldable military stretcher mat (mattress), made of high-quality heat-insulating 8-10 mm polyethylene foam. It is covered on top with wear-resistant, moisture-repellent polyester 1000D. This is a material used in the manufacture of tactical equipment.

Polyamide tapes with increased tensile strength are sewn throughout the mat. They not only strengthen the mattress frame, but also, if necessary, allow it to be used as a medical or evacuation stretcher for the wounded or sick. The stretcher can be picked up from either side. It has 10 handles for carrying. This will allow the load to be distributed as correctly as possible. In addition, two fasteners made of textile tapes (equipped with fastex) are sewn onto the main part for reliable fixation of the wounded person on the medical stretcher.

In practice, Acropolis FKS-1 is a soft, lightweight mattress that reliably protects the body from hypothermia during prolonged contact of a serviceman with the ground, wet surface, or cold concrete. It is often used by snipers, infantrymen, and scouts in the field when performing tactical tasks. Made in color – khaki (Ranger Green). The mattress has not only good quality characteristics, but also practical ones. In particular, it protects human health, protecting the body from cold, moisture, and surface irregularities. It does not tear or get damaged by branches or stones. Resistant to both water and high temperatures (does not melt).

The mattress has a rectangular shape. It is intended for the rest and comfortable sleep of an average man in military or civilian clothes. When unfolded, the length of the product is 180 cm, and the width is 60 cm. The sleeping mat is divided into 9 sections of the same size to evenly distribute the load on the area of the product and ensure its long-term use. Each section in the middle has a separate insert made of polyethylene foam. They are separated from each other by a securely stitched fabric. This design allows the owner to compactly fold the mattress to small sizes (602012 cm), without destroying or breaking the structure of the internal foam.

Please note! If it is necessary to wash the mat, the polyethylene foam inserts can be easily removed from the textile part and washed separately. This will significantly speed up the drying process and preserve the thickness and shock-absorbing properties of the inserts.

When folded, the tactical sleeping mat is often used as a seat mat. If a person is on the road or hiking for a long time and needs to stop for a pass, this product will be indispensable.

Also, pay attention to the elastic bands on the edges of the Acropolis mattress. They allow you to fold it into a compact seating mat, securely fixing the folded edges on both sides. And the side handles that remain outside will ensure convenient carrying of the product in your hands. In general, the folded mat takes up little space, so it can be easily hidden in a tactical backpack or military transport bag.
