ARPK-01 Modular body armor vest with a quick reset system

Modular body armor vest, made of 100% polyamide with special impregnation. Designed to protect vital human organs. It consists of 9 elements: front protection (1), back protection(2), skeleton (3), side protection (cummerbund) (4), groin protection(5), collar protection (6), shoulders protection (7), hips protection ( 8) and unloading belt with ballistic protection (9).

Elements 1-2 are equipped with pockets for solid armor plates and soft ballistic protection. They are connected by shoulder straps and shoulder pads, which will allow you to adjust the size of the product in height. The design of the shoulder straps with velcro fastenings ensures quick release. The front wall is completely covered with cells of the MOLLE system for fixing additional tactical equipment. In the upper part – a row of textile fasteners “loops” for fastening the identification plate, chevrons. The inner wall is made of tactical mesh and foam for excellent cushioning and ventilation. An evacuation loop is sewn on the back.

Element 3 is securely fixed to the front and back with 2M DUE EMME ROC 80 quick-release hardware (to element 1) and lacing (to element 2). The structure of the skeleton is rigid. By lacing, you can adjust the size of the body armor according to the girth of the chest. Elements of the cummerbund (4) with soft ballistic protection are attached to the skeleton. The side covers are also equipped with the Molle system.

The groin protection element (5) is fixed to element 1 with the help of textile tapes. The elements of the collar fix to element 1 by the Molle system and to element 2 – by the textile fastener. The height of the ballistic protection of the collar cannot be less than 5 cm.

The elements of shoulder protection (7) are attached to the shoulder straps on a textile tape with fastex. They are easy and quick to put on and take off. The arm circumference is adjustable with an elastic band with a textile fastener in the lower part of the cover.

The unloading belt is equipped with braces (with damping elements), which allow you to adjust its height. In front – chest strap. On the front wall of the belt – cells of the Molle system for fixing tactical pouches, on the inside – a mesh for good ventilation. Elements of thigh protection are attached to element 9, the girth of which is regulated by bands with plastic fittings. On the front panel of the covers are rows of Molle cells.

The product submits the requirements of DSTU 8782:2018. The cells of the MOLLE system can be made by laser cutting or by sewing textile tapes. Body armor vests can be ordered with or without solid armor plates and soft ballistic elements.
