ARP-03 Modular body armor vest
Body armor vest for external wear, made of 100% polyamide with special impregnation. Designed to protect vital human organs. It consists of 3 elements: protection of the front (1), back (2) and sides (cummerbund) (3).
Elements 1-2 are equipped with:
- pockets for a solid armor plate (which are closed with waterproof zippers);
- pockets for soft ballistic protection (closed inside with velcro).
They are fixed to each other by shoulder straps and shoulder pads, which will allow you to adjust the size of the product in height. An additional pocket for accessories is placed on the front of element 1.
The element`s front wall is completely covered with cells of the MOLLE system for fixing additional tactical equipment. In the upper part, 3 rows of textile fastener “loops” are sewn for fastening the identification plate, and chevrons. The inner wall is made of tactical mesh and foam for excellent cushioning and ventilation.
Element 3 is attached to the other two elements under the flaps with a textile Velcro fastener. The construction of the cummerbund and the fixation system allows you to adjust the size of the bulletproof vest according to the girth of the chest. The MOLLE system is sewn onto the front panel of the cummerbund.
The product submits the requirements of DSTU 8782:2018. The cells of the MOLLE system can be made by laser cutting or by sewing textile tapes. Body armor vests can be ordered with or without solid armor plates and soft ballistic elements.
