ARP-02 Modular body armor vest

Modular body armor, made of 100% polyamide with special impregnation. Designed to protect vital human organs. Consists of 8 elements: protection of the front (1), back (2), sides (cummerbunds) (3), groin area (4), collar with cape (5), shoulders (6), hips (7) and unloading belt with ballistic protection (8).

Elements 1-2 are equipped with pockets for hard armor and soft ballistic protection. They are connected by shoulder straps, which allow you to adjust the size of the product in height. Also equipped with shoulder pads. The front wall is completely covered with MOLLE system cells for fixing additional tactical equipment. In the upper part – 3 rows of textile fasteners “loops” for attaching an ID plate, chevrons. Below – valves for connection to elements 3. The inner wall of the covers made of tactical mesh and foam is excellently shock-absorbing and ventilated. An evacuation handle is sewn on the back.

Elements 3 are securely fixed to the front and back using a textile Velcro fastener and elastic band, which adjust the size of the body armor according to the chest circumference. The side covers are equipped with a Molle system, in the middle there is a pocket for soft ballistic protection.

Groin protection element (4) 6-sided shape. It is fixed to element 1 using a textile fastener. The collar elements are securely fixed to the Molle system to element 1 and the textile fastener to element 2. The height of the ballistic protection of the collar cannot be less than 5 cm.

Shoulder protection elements (6) are attached to the shoulder straps using a T-shaped system of textile straps and fasteners. They are easy and quick to put on and take off from the body armor. The arm circumference is adjusted with a strap with a textile fastener in the lower part of the cover.

The unloading belt is equipped with suspenders (with damping elements), which allow you to adjust it in height. In front – a chest strap. On the front wall of the belt – Molle system cells for fixing tactical pouches, on the inside – a mesh for good ventilation and damping foam inserts. Hip protection elements are attached to element 8, the circumference of which is adjusted by straps with plastic fittings. On the front panel of the covers – rows of Molle cells.

The product meets the requirements of DSTU 8782:2018. MOLLE system cells can be made by laser cutting or sewing textile tapes. The body armor can be ordered with or without protective armor elements, soft ballistic elements.
