AR-04 Modular Body Armor Vest with Quick-Release System
The AR-04 body armor is a modular personal protection system equipped with a quick-release mechanism that allows rapid partial or full removal of the vest when required. The design consists of six protective elements and allows integration of additional protective modules.
The vest is adjustable in both height and circumference, features cushioning inserts for enhanced comfort, and includes separate compartments for soft ballistic packages and hard armor plates.
The AR-04 combines modularity, ergonomics, and a fast-acting release system, ensuring effective performance in combat conditions.

- 6 protection segments: front, back, sides, groin, front neck/collar, and back collar.
- Quick-release system:
- partial release of one side of the vest;
- full removal when two release elements are activated.
- Release system control unit located on the front panel.
- Once initially adjusted, no re-adjustment is required after removal.
- Separate access points for soft ballistic inserts and hard armor plates.
- Evacuation drag handle on the upper rear part.
- Waist circumference adjustment system located under a protective flap.
- Height adjustment via upper shoulder straps.
- Internal cushioning elements with hook-and-loop fastening for shock absorption and ventilation.
- Moisture drainage holes on each protective element.
- Attachment points for additional shoulder, thigh, coccyx protection, and other modules.
- Included: load-bearing belt with adjustable straps, cushioning inserts, and a compartment for a soft ballistic insert.
* MOLLE system cells can be made by laser cutting or sewing textile tapes. The body armor can be ordered with or without protective armor elements, soft ballistic elements.
