AR-01 Modular body armor vest with a quick reset system with one move

The modular body armor vest is made of 100% polyamide with special impregnation. Designed to protect vital human organs. Consists of 8 elements: protection of the front (1), back (2), sides (cummerbund) (3), groin (4), collar (5), shoulders (6), hips (7), and an unloading belt made of ballistic protection (8).

Elements 1-2 are equipped with pockets for solid armor plates and soft ballistic protection. They are connected by shoulder straps, allowing you to adjust the size of the product in height. The shoulder strap design is a part of quick release. The front wall is completely covered with MOLLE cells for fixing tactical equipment. In the upper part, there are 3 rows of velcro for attaching an identifier plate, chevrons, and a quick-release loop, which allows you to remove the body armor in one movement. At the bottom, there are valves for connecting to elements 3. The inner wall of the covers, made of tactical mesh and foam, is perfectly cushioned and ventilated. An evacuation handle is sewn on the back.

Elements 3 are securely fixed to the front using a textile Velcro fastener and to the back with lacing. Using lacing, you can adjust the size of the bulletproof vest to fit your chest circumference. The side covers are equipped with the Molle system, and there is a pocket inside for soft ballistic protection.

The groin protection element (4) is fixed to element 1 using textile tapes. The collar elements are securely fixed to the Molle system to element 1 and the textile fastener to element 2. The height of the ballistic protection of the collar cannot be less than 5 cm.

The shoulder protection elements (6) are attached to the shoulder straps using a textile tape with fastex. Easy and quick to put on and take off from the body armor. The arm circumference is adjusted by an elastic band with a textile fastener at the bottom of the case.

The unloading belt is equipped with pads (with damping elements) that allow it to be adjusted in height. In front, there is a chest strap. On the front wall of the belt there are cells of the Molle system for fixing tactical pouches, on the inside there is mesh for good ventilation and damping foam inserts. Hip protection elements are attached to element 8, the girth of which is adjusted using tapes with plastic fittings. On the front panel of the covers, there are rows of Molle cells.

The product submits the requirements of DSTU 8782:2018, ТС A01XJ.29423-420:2023(01). The cells of the MOLLE system can be made by laser cutting or by sewing textile tapes. Body armor vests can be ordered with or without solid armor plates, or soft ballistic elements.
