Acropolis Company Policy of Quality Management System (QMS)

The QMS policy of the Private Production and Trading Enterprise “Acropolis” (PVTP “Acropolis”) in 2023 is aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the implemented QMS, which is implemented in accordance with the requirements of MC ISO 9001:2015, AQAP 2110:2016 standards through continuous improvement and optimization of the quality management of production and business processes, prevention or reduction of the negative effects of risks and effective use of opportunities, as they arise in the course of the enterprise’s activities.
This Policy is intended to ensure:
- the ability of PVTP “Acropolis” to continuously supply products and perform services that satisfy the customer’s requirements and the applicable legislative and regulatory requirements;
- increase in the quality of production and competitiveness of products, production and sale of new products that are in demand on the market, increase in total sales quantity of TM “Acropolis” products and increase in the volume of services provided by the company;
- ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust among wholesale customers and end consumers in our products, services, and the company as a whole; creation and implementation of opportunities for their further growth by taking into account future needs and expectations;
- maintaining clarity, transparency, mutual understanding, and correctness in relations with all interested parties (customers, end users, representatives of the Ministry of Defense or the government, company personnel, owners, state authorities, suppliers, subcontractors, business partners, competitors, and local community).
- creation and maintenance of chains of reliable suppliers, customers; diversification of sales markets and suppliers of raw materials, materials, and services;
- formation of a culture of quality among employees and understanding of their role in achieving planned work results. Staff motivation to achieve the planned result.
Acropolis QMS policy is implemented by meeting the requirements of all interested parties, minimizing production costs, and improving the quality and efficiency of management decisions (both of the company’s top management and department heads) and the executive discipline of the company’s staff.
The Acropolis Company’s QMS policy is based on the main principles of its activity:
- orientation to the requirements, needs, and expectations of the customer, and end-user at all levels in the organization;
- the use of a process approach at the enterprise (management of activities and resources as a process, implementation of the “Plan – Do – Check – Act” cycle) and risk-oriented thinking;
- provision of a clear, effective scheme for the transfer of relevant information in the field of quality;
- constant monitoring and analysis of the QMS`s functioning by the management;
- identification, assessment of process risks, and implementation of corrective actions aimed at their elimination or minimization of negative impact;
- constant improvement of the efficiency of the enterprise, the quality of manufacturing products, and the provision of services due to the optimization of the distribution of functions and responsibilities of employees;
- involving personnel in quality management, increasing the level of competence, awareness, moral and material motivation of employees, and improving working conditions;
- mutually beneficial relations with suppliers and all interested parties;
- clear fulfillment of the requirements of internal QMS documents, state standards, and other normative documents;
- compliance with national and international legislation;
- ensuring the safety of the company’s activities for all interested parties;
- maintenance of the company’s impeccable reputation as a reliable manufacturer, partner, and subcontractor.
The senior management of the PVTP “Acropolis” assumes responsibility for the implementation of the Policy and goals in the field of QMS in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation, creating the conditions and necessary resources to ensure this policy.
