ABP-02 Plate carrier (body armor covers) with quick release system
Convenient external wear plate carrier, made of 100% polyamide with special impregnation. Designed to protect vital human organs. Consists of 5 elements: front protection (1), back (2), skeleton (3), groin protection (4), side protection (cummerband).
Elements 1-2 are equipped with pockets for hard armor and soft ballistic protection. They are connected by shoulder straps and shoulder pads, which allow you to adjust the size of the product in height. The design of the shoulder straps with Velcro fasteners provides easy quick release.
The front wall is completely covered with MOLLE system cells for convenient and reliable fixation of additional tactical equipment. In the upper part, there is a textile “loop” fastener for attaching an ID plate, chevrons. The inner wall made of tactical mesh and damping foam is excellently shock-absorbing and ventilated. An evacuation handle is provided on the back.
Element 3 is securely fixed to the front and back using the 2M DUE EMME ROC 80 quick release hardware (to element 1) and lacing (to element 2). The skeleton design is rigid. Using the lacing, you can adjust the size of the plate carrier according to the chest circumference. The elements of the cummerbund (5) with soft ballistic protection are attached to the skeleton.
The groin cover for ballistic protection can be used as a universal pouch.
The product complies with the requirements of DSTU 8782:2018. MOLLE system cells can be made by laser cutting or sewing textile tapes. The plate carrier can be ordered with or without protective armor elements, soft ballistic elements.
